When we moved into our Chelsea apartment, it was painted with standard stark white and no contrasts. I hired Painters NYC on a recommendation and they set to work. 

The guest bathroom I choose a deep red for the small space, and a cream for the large living area. The bedroom wall got a kick with a gray accent wall behind the bed.
